# VALYS Global > Portable Trust for Regulated Ledgers. VALYS moves the answer, not the records. It turns source-verified records into decision-ready state and delivers only what the receiving system needs, across ledgers. Data stays at its source. VALYS Global, Inc. is a Wyoming corporation. Tagline: Recognition without exposure. Contact: meet@valys.global. VALYS is the company's combined product. It brings together two patent-pending technologies, Trust State and Sourceacle, which VALYS Global also licenses one at a time. ## Technologies - **Trust State** (patent pending): A live state, not a check. A verified state that platforms read instead of verifying again. Each platform makes its own call, and a restriction shows the moment it applies. Personal records stay at their sources. Works onchain or off. Whitepaper: https://truststate.io/ - **Sourceacle** (patent pending): Composable rails, not single names. Human-readable names for an organization's teams, agents, accounts and assets, each reaching the right account on each ledger. ## How they work together VALYS combines Trust State and Sourceacle. Trust earned on one platform is unreadable on the next. VALYS makes it portable, current and provable, while the underlying records stay private. ## Example jane.pay.pbdx is a Trust ID: a human-readable name carrying a verified Trust State (identity verified, current today), verified once and read across platforms and ledgers. Live third-party sources for identity, sanctions and credentials feed the Trust State on maria.acme.id.pbdx. The records stay at the source. The Trust State is current at the moment it is read. The name reaches the right account on each ledger, and a bank, an exchange and a marketplace read the same state. ## How names are structured Category domains become rails for each job. meet.tribe for contact, kyc.pbdx for verification, id.pbdx for sign-in, pay.pbdx for payments. Acme takes a name rail under each and mints the names beneath it, each carrying its own live state. - L1 Root: pay.pbdx - L2 Name rail: acme.pay.pbdx - L3 Org: hq.acme.pay.pbdx (Acme HQ) - L4 Team: finance.hq.acme.pay.pbdx (Finance team) - L5 Agent: agent01.finance.hq.acme.pay.pbdx (its agent) More examples: - maria.acme.meet.tribe (L3, verified contact) - maria.acme.kyc.pbdx (L3, verified once) - support.hq.acme.meet.tribe (L4, Acme's support line) - maria.staff.acme.id.pbdx (L4, staff sign-in) - maria.acme.pay.pbdx (L3, paid by name) - operating.treasury.hq.acme.pay.pbdx (L5, treasury account) ## Your existing addresses, on the ledger A business keeps the .com it already owns and gains a twin on the ledger. - acme.com → acme.com.pbdx - jane@acme.com → jane.acme.com.tribe One brand across the website, the inbox and the ledger. VALYS Global is a .pbdx registry partner with Unstoppable Domains, via its subsidiary Nexus Cyber Systems. ## Hundreds of roots, held and ready Comprehensive coverage across .tribe, .pbdx, .onchain and more. Bridge rails, which give an address people already use a twin on the ledger: com.emir, com.grow, com.kingdom, com.learn, com.npc, com.pbdx, com.podcast, com.tribe, net.pbdx, net.tribe, org.tribe, xyz.tribe, zil.tribe, tel.pbdx, mail.pbdx, mainnet.pbdx, id.pbdx, ID.tribe, corp.pbdx, agent.dao, domains.dao, fintech.dao, license.dao, stable.dao, tribe.dao, trustscore.dao Category rails (sample): meet.tribe, agents.tribe, id.pbdx, pay.pbdx, identity.tribe, market.pbdx, events.pbdx, passport.pbdx, reputation.onchain, stablecoin.pbdx, treasury.pbdx, agentid.onchain, verify.pbdx, social.tribe, fund.pbdx, email.onchain, wire.pbdx, kyc.pbdx, settlement.pbdx, custody.pbdx, remit.pbdx, digitalidentity.tribe, agentregistry.onchain, trustscore.onchain, city.tribe, local.tribe, nearme.tribe, barter.tribe, credit.onchain, escrow.pbdx, issuer.pbdx, cash.onchain ## The cost of trust that doesn't travel People and platforms already pay for every one of these. Each one maps to a capability that answers it. - **$15.9bn lost to fraud in the US in 2025.** $3.5bn of it went to imposters (FTC, March 2026). Answered by Trust State: a verified person behind the name. - **$61bn spent each year on financial crime compliance.** Each platform verifies the same person again (LexisNexis, US and Canada, 2024). Answered by Trust State: read in place of re-verifying. - **2.56bn spam calls every month.** Block one number and a near match calls next (PIRG, 2025). Answered by Trust State and Sourceacle: a verified name, not a number to spoof. - **187 logins per person.** About 120 personal and 67 for work. Each one starts trust from zero (NordPass, May 2026). Answered by Trust State: trust that arrives with the sign-in. - **$200m in fines for resold customer data.** Carriers sold location data to aggregators who sold it again (FCC fines upheld by the US Supreme Court, June 2026). Answered by Sourceacle and Trust State: a name the holder owns, with records kept at their source. - **20+ ledgers carry one digital dollar.** Each ledger asks for another address (USDC chain count, Circle via Eco, 2026). Answered by Sourceacle: one name, the right account on each ledger. ## Who VALYS Global serves - **Stablecoin & payments:** Participant status that stays current, with restriction status visible at the address. Issuers and platforms are choosing their stack before January 18, 2027. - **Cybersecurity & regulated records:** Record-keeping duties are moving sensitive records onto ledgers. VALYS leaves no copy to breach. The answer travels, and the records stay at the source. - **Identity communities:** Dating apps, marketplaces, rentals and events. Trust earned on one platform carries to the next. - **Agent platforms:** Agents that act for a verified person, with a history and a ledger address of their own. - **Tokenized funds:** Every fund unit and every holder gets a readable name and a live state. Funds are the largest share of tokenized assets today. - **Health & education records:** Transcripts, licenses and medical records are sensitive and hard to verify. A school, clinic or employer reads a verified status, and the record stays at its source. ## What it supports - **Personal data stays at the source:** Trust travels as a state, never as the underlying records, so there are fewer copies of personal data to breach. - **One identity across platforms:** Each identity holds several names, one per function, and its Trust State travels with every name. - **Works across ledgers:** One readable name resolves to the right address on each ledger. - **Audit trail:** Each read produces a verifiable record for audit. - **Fewer repeat checks (KYC):** The next platform reads the verified state instead of starting over, and still makes its own decision. - **Always-current status:** At the moment of any query, the state reflects present reality, not reality as of the last refresh. - **Sanctions screening:** A restriction shows in the state, so a regulated issuer can still freeze funds. - **Compliance:** Ledger records are permanent, so compliance needs to know who stands behind each address. Sourceacle names every account, agent and asset under its verified holder, so reports and reviews point to a name, not a hex string. - **Fraud and impersonation checks:** A name resolves to a verified identity, so the receiver checks trust once instead of for every new number or address. - **Verified AI agents:** An agent holds its own identity and names, tied to the verified person or business it acts for. - **Travel Rule compliance:** Shows that a verified holder stands behind the sending and receiving addresses, supporting the information the rule requires. - **Proof of who owns a wallet:** The name ties a wallet to a verified holder without sharing the holder's records. - **No look-alike addresses:** One readable address in place of a separate hex address per chain. ## Grow with VALYS Global - **Add Trust State:** Verify your members once. Their Trust State stays current and travels with them. - **Operate your own rail:** Your own name space under a VALYS Global root. Your brand, your prices. Exclusive minting beneath your rail. - **License the method:** Build the methods into your own product, under your own brand. VALYS Global stays the registry for what you issue.
